Nice hotel with all amenities, runway view was awesome room awesome, Lady that checked me in was very sweet, upgraded me to club level as my room was not ready when I checked in. Restaurant staff was superb! Thanks!

Taj Santacruz is placed at most convenient location if you are planning to stay at in Mumbai near the airport. I think they have most spacious rooms in all of these hotels around airport. Room was very clean and no disturbance.. It was tastefully designed. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Their breakfast was the best part. I saw more than 70 options to eat and drink. Its amazing how they manage all items and serve the food hot and make to order by 5 star chefs. They had Indian regional options as well as American, English and Middle Eastern breakfast options. My kids loved the breakfast. The restaurant area is very beautiful and has sun roof with live music. Overall really good experience. I would give 5 stars for the experience. Special mention to restaurant manager Mr Dinesh Nikam who personally came to check with my family if everything is as per our expectations.

As the name suggests Taj...means best! Great food with endless varieties, smiling & helpfull staff always ready to serve you with extended efforts. Smooth check in & check out ! I had a great time staying here & would like to specially mention about Ms. Bandana from Guest & Relations department who really stand out in her services. Always smiling & greeting us & paying extra attention whether we are comfortable or not. Food & beverages staff at Tiqri also deserves an applaud for their hard work & flawless services with big smiles on their faces. Would love to visit again & again...Thank you for such wonderful stay...

The breakfast was a delight and I looked forward to it every day. The staff was very courteous and answered questions very quickly. Room service was great and all dishes we ordered exceeded our expectations. The location is fantastic if you want to move around the western suburbs without much hassle given the massive traffic flows everywhere in Mumbai. If you are on the airstrip view, you get a fantastic view of planes taking off. The rooms are of good size with very aesthetic interiors but some rooms could be smaller but still decent size. The lounge on the sixth floor is a great place to unwind in the evening with complementary snacks and cocktails if you happen to book that package.
