I recently had the pleasure of staying at Taj for a few nights and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The hotel provided a comfortable and relaxing environment, with excellent facilities and a beautiful ambiance. Upon arrival, the front desk staff warmly greeted me and efficiently checked me in. Throughout my stay, the housekeeping team was diligent in ensuring that my room was spotless and well-maintained. The amenities offered were impressive, and I particularly enjoyed the well-equipped gym and the luxurious swimming pool area. One aspect that impressed me the most was the impeccable cleanliness throughout the hotel, especially during these current times. The staff diligently followed all safety protocols and made sure that guests felt safe and cared for. However, I would like to mention my experience at the hotel's restaurant during breakfast. Despite the stellar food, the hospitality at Tiqri left much to be desired. From the moment I stepped into the restaurant until I left, there was a distinct lack of warmth and attentiveness. The staff seemed disinterested and not very welcoming, which created an atmosphere that was less than inviting.While the food quality was great, I didn't feel a sense of genuine hospitality from the restaurant staff. It felt as though they lacked proper training in delivering exceptional customer service. Improving their hospitality skills is a must for a brand of such stature!

Everything was perfect

It was a fabulous 1 day experience and we will definitely like to go there again. I was connected with Tuba from the guest relations thorough out my booking and stay and made our stay very memorable. It was my 10th wedding anniversary surprise for my wife and she arranged specific colour balloons in the room as per my request and that too complimentary. The other complimentary aspect was that they steam ironed my wife's wedding gown on my request. Tuba also arranged an earlier checkin for us at 12 instead of 2 pm. I had selected the runway room and it was such an amazing sight to see the planes flying off at regular intervals during the day time. At night time you can't expect to see though. The room was just fabulous and top notch. The breakfast and 1 meal was part of the offer going through booking.com and the staff also mentioned that it is a good offer to go with. We were supposed to have the dinner as part of our package however thabks to the staff that they suggested to go with the brunch which had so many options and absolutely delicious food , so, for dinner we went with Ala carte. Breakfast again was top notch and we relished all the food. It was a gastronomical delight. Pool was also very good and it was a consistent 3.5 feet which was very good to have as we had 2 children with us. Overall we really had a fabulous time and it was worth it. Thank you to Taj, Tuba and the entire staff who really work so tirelessly to keep all the customers extremely happy.
